After waiting for 24hrs with no gas, so no hot water or central heating an engineer finally turned up with some fan heaters and said sorry its the weekend I can't get the parts so I'll be back on Monday and left. He didn't even check the boiler to see what parts he might need. He suggested we could run the boiler with our doors and windows open completely oblivious to the fact that Cadent have turned the gas off. Absolutely awful, let's see what happens on Monday.
