I placed an order on the Villainworld website. The product was shipped without my name to a pickup point using a delivery company that does not handle that pickup point.As a result, the package was returned to the sender.I emailed Villainworld to explain the problem.No response from them. No refund. No reshipment of the product to the correct address.Avoid at all costs.
