The process was a little slow and inconsistent. We requested all available properties in Marrakech over a certain set of dates, and were told only a fraction of possible options. When we enquired about others that seemed to show availablity online, they were magically available again. The pricing was inconsistent with the online rates, and the response time was slow (often several follow-ups needed on our end to get a reply). All in all, I was not left 100% confident in our booking process and expectations of what will happen on arrival.
