My favorite homes to rent are with Villatel because they have a lot of games and entertainment to keep everyone busy. I planned this vacation for a while and was sorely disappointed. First, we had an issue with the pool and spa not working properly. This was remedied by a tech coming out the following day. I must admit the house is beautiful, however, it was infested with mice. So, instead of enjoying my vacation with my family, we had to be on the lookout for them. We were devastated. We felt very uncomfortable and couldn’t relax at all. One of my family members thought they saw something running around on the floor on the first day, but wasn’t sure what it was. After the third day I was able to record the mice running around in the house. I sent the recording to VILLATEL guest services. They immediately sent an exterminator out to place traps in the house. The trap caught one under the couch the following day. Then, the kids spotted them in the theater room. The exterminator put a trap in there. To my dismay, there were 5 baby mice in the trap. We all were disappointed. We paid a lot of money to have a good time. The company gave me one night refund for Friday. We left on the following Saturday. If you are planning to rent this house, make sure they get rid of the critters. Good luck.Ms Disappointed!😢
