I held a Pro subscription for several years, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The platform proved to be particularly useful for video annotation, subtitling, and streamlining workflow long before AI tools were available. The player has consistently been user-friendly and intuitive. I also utilized a VOD service to distribute and monetize my videos with great quality, and transactions were processed seamlessly. However, the purchasing process was straightforward only for those who already had an account with the platform. I wish there was an option to sell videos without necessitating the buyer to create an account, as some users logged in just to download and then removed their login afterward. I encountered some difficulties managing privacy settings, as public folders with private videos (and vice versa) were at times tricky to set up correctly. The primary reason I left the platform a year ago, even with a promotional code, was the unexpected price hike of my subscription to 200 dollars. This was simply too steep considering the purchasing power in my country, especially since payments are required annually. I even thought about switching to a monthly plan, as my usage halts for about three months each year, but the monthly fee remained too high for me. Now, I am reconsidering the platform and came across this survey while evaluating the current conditions. It still stands out as a high-quality service with very appealing features.
