I ordered a bottle of champagne for a friend's birthday. As the website was .co.uk and the charges were in £'s I had no idea that the wine would be shipped from France. The wine was stuck at customs and so it missed my friend' birthday. They could give me no indication of when it would arrive so I cancelled the order and used a UK based supplier but the refund from Vinatis was not processed. It was a full time job trying to sort it out with their customer services. They finally delivered the wine late and refused to refund anything even the delivery charge despite rubbish service. I would never use them again and have advised many people to avoid them at all costs.
