This was my second shopping at Vinatis and was positively surpriesed how smooth and fast it came. I am ordering wine that i can not buy here in Czechia but we love it since our holiday in France last year. First order (last year) was bit unlucky as UPS had crashed 1 bottle of 12 on the way through germany. Still it was reason to highlight the profesionality on the formal side of the bussines on both Vinatis and UPS. UPS repacked remaining bottles from the box and send along with report to me an Vinatis. So i had tried a chance and asked by mail if it would be possible to recover the price of the bottle as i did not received what i have paid. Honestly i was expecting excuses and useless discusions between UPS and Vinatis but... withou further questions they just send the money.So 5 stars - for the choise available and special offers that manage to tract me back ;)5 stars also for proffesional taking the responsibility for the final customer experience and not just "moving things out from house and thats it"5 stars for speed as well (Vinatis and UPS together) . I placed an order on sunday and wednesday after lunch 2 boxes were ready at the pickup point in Prague.
