This service is unacceptable! We utilized them for two separate job sites, and they have repeatedly overcharged us. I've spent far too long disputing billing issues with their team. When they finally admitted that they owed us a refund, they charged me that same amount instead of issuing a refund. We were billed for a dumpster that hadn't been on site for three months. My last dumpster was picked up three months ago, and I just noticed another charge on my business credit card. It's unclear whether they are purposely overcharging customers or if they are simply terrible at accounting.
