There should be an option for zero stars. I placed an order on January 2 and it is now January 14 and I have not received my item. However, my card was charged for the full amount on January 2. I never received a confirmation email or a tracking number. When I check my email, I received an email stating that my purchase was not complete but somehow they still charge my card for the amount of the item. I tried to respond to that email, but it bounces back as a not valid or a no reply email. I even tried to contact them through their portal on their website, but no one ever follows up or response. This website is a scam do not order.
