Nice unit, but 300 bottles is a stretch - filling to 300 capacity will requiring stacking bottles 4-5 bottles high, two stacks deep (front to back). To retrieve a bottle in the middle of the front stack will require removing bottles on top of one another. If bottle is in the back stack, more bottles to remove and not break!~230-240 Bordeaux bottles is more accurate (2-high, 2-deep = 30 per shelf)... but this will also require removing bottles to retrieve as the shelves cannot be pulled out due to the weight of 30 bottles and likely slippage of bottles stacked on one another. Temp gauge not accurate. Had to increase/decrease temp settings to get the refrigerator to the appropriate temp using an external temp guage.
