I placed an order recently and have been trying to cancel it ever since. After contacting the support team, I received a generic reply thanking me for reaching out and stating that they process orders immediately. They mentioned that canceling could be challenging and offered a $10 coupon as an incentive to keep the order. Despite clearly expressing my disinterest, I received the same message repeatedly, no matter my response. I have since tried reaching out through social media and another email associated with my payment method. I intend to escalate this and pursue a refund, as I spent a considerable amount only to be offered a measly $10. This situation is unacceptable. I expect to receive yet another standard reply, similar to those noted in other reviews, and will document everything to bolster my case for a refund.
