WARNING - TERRIBLE REFUND POLICIES AND LOW TRUST

Never in my life have I experienced the disappointment and regret I got from ordering from this company.On the surface this shop has some cool designs for decent prices, however don't expect to get what you paid for.I recently ordered a hoodie of theirs for around 40-50 dollars, it was a berserk hoodie that I was looking forward to getting. Not only did it take AGES to ship, likely because it's a drop shipping company. But what I got was THE COMPLETE WRONG ITEM. I thought to myself: "Oh there must have been a mistake, I can understand these things happen let me contact support." So I go to their support page and submit a ticket... Nothing. I then message them on Instagram, where they finally replied. Once explaining the issue with my order, an issue THAT WAS CAUSED BY THEM, I was offered a PARTIAL refund in either my account or as store credit... PARTIAL REFUND?! This doesn't make any sense at all, this is not my problem, I didn't ask to get a horrific quality DragonBall Z hoodie, I paid full price for an item and their incompetence caused the issue. This wasn't the only thing, I was offered to return it, however this was only if:It has never been worn or washed, was still in the original packaging and also had the labels still attached.Which is fine... BUT THE ITEM CAME IN A VACUUM SEALED PLASTIC BAG THAT YOU NEED TO RIP TO OPEN. I have no way of knowing that the item I got was wrong until I open it as it's not see through. Not only that but it also has no tags anyway.I have decided to just give up on this company, I can't believe I'm being punished for their mistakes. They've lost a customer and I hope anyone that reads this thinks twice before ordering from here. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
