Worst customer service ever. I bought 3 items and 1 of them they gave me an incorrect item. I can understand human error mistakes can be made etc but heres the thing, they said and i quote "We tagged it as out of stock after the incident so we cannot resend it"... So basically after I placed the order they realized it was out of stock and instead of messaging me to stay its out of stock and offering me a refund or to choose something else, they just replaced what i wanted with something random. Now when i ask for a refund they say i have to send it back to them at my expense or take a partial refund. Its a slick move as no one is going to pay out of pocket to return to china from uk, so now the only option is a partial refund for a pair of pants i will never wear which basically means they get rid of some deadstock that nobody wants for half price haha. Its sad because i like the quality of the hoodies and wanted more but for the sake of $36 they chose to scam/use me as a way to get rid of deadstock at half price. I rejected the partial refund out of principle as you clearly need it more than me. Horrible business practice
