I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered Shorts but received the wrong item. While mistakes can happen, the way Vintacrew handled the situation was extremely poor.After contacting their customer service with all the necessary details and photos, they only offered me a $9 store credit or a $9 partial refund — despite the fact that the item I ordered was worth $19.84. Despite following up multiple times over several weeks, Vintacrew support didn't respond at all.Their customer service is unresponsive, completely ignoring their own policy of replying within 72 hours. It took multiple follow-ups with no real resolution, and I was left to deal with their mistake on my own.While their products may seem attractive, be warned: if anything goes wrong with your order, you might be left without support. I would not recommend shopping with Vintacrew based on my experience.
