They mentioned that canceling might be tough and offered a $10 coupon as compensation, asking if I would reconsider keeping the order. Despite my clear indication that I wasn't interested, I received the same message repeatedly. I've now reached out via social media and to an email linked to my payment account. I plan to report this situation and seek a refund, as I spent a significant amount only to be offered a mere $10. This is unacceptable. I expect to receive another standard response like those mentioned in other reviews and will document everything to support my case for a refund.
