The item took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, and it arrived damaged. When I reached out for a refund, they informed me that they can't issue refunds for items outside of their 30-day return policy, which starts when the item is sent, even though it took almost 30 days to arrive! This company seems illegitimate; I feel scammed. AVOID!
