I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. My order was marked as shipped, but the tracking information provided does not work, and I haven’t received any helpful updates. When I placed the order, I was assured it would arrive before Christmas, as it was meant to be a gift. With Christmas just around the corner, the item has still not arrived. Now, I find myself without a gift for my partner, which is incredibly frustrating and stressful. I expected much better communication and honesty from the company, especially regarding their Christmas delivery promises. Given the lack of transparency and misleading delivery timelines, I believe compensation is necessary. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and frustrating, and I anticipated a much better outcome.
