Avoid this company at all costs!!! I had to file a claim to get a refund for my son, who spent £74 on three vintage football shirts. He was really excited and received a tracking number promising 48-hour delivery, but it never updated and five days later, there was still no sign of the parcel. We reached out to the company for clarification but received no response. It's disappointing for a 15-year-old who might lose his Christmas money. This situation is unacceptable!
