I still have not received my refund.This was my second order from your website. On February 14th, I ordered a Christian Dior Trotter Monogram Saddle Wallet on Chain shoulder bag for €773, which, according to the photos on your website at the time of purchase, was supposed to include a zip wallet inside.I was eagerly waiting for my order, and when I finally received it on February 26th, I was immediately disappointed. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the wallet, which was supposed to be included, was missing. Additionally, the strap was not the original one from the brand as expected, but instead a very cheap and short one that sat awkwardly and made the bag look inauthentic—something that was not mentioned anywhere on your website.I contacted you immediately via email to report both the missing wallet and the issue with the strap. I was informed that I would need to cover the return shipping costs myself, which I find unacceptable for such an expensive product, especially without a prepaid return option. Nevertheless, I agreed to proceed with the return after being assured that I would receive a full refund once the item was delivered and checked back to you.Next day on February 27th, I returned the bag via DHL at my own expense, paying €40. On March 6th, I forwarded you the DHL message confirmation that the package had arrived at its destination and after the email at 9:08 AM you delivered it. As it was the end of the week, I didn’t want to bother and I waited patiently for an update.On March 12th, I followed up via email regarding my refund, and I was asked to resend the tracking link—even though the package had already been delivered. I sent all the details again but received no response. I followed up again on March 13th and received no reply. I also contacted you via Instagram, mentioning that I had seen another bag I was interested in purchasing but preferred to wait until this issue was resolved. My message was seen but ignored.I sent another email on March 15th with no response and today, March 17th, I still have not received any response or refund.I was promised that my refund would be processed the next days after delivering and that I would receive a confirmation. I never received it. Despite multiple reminders, I have not received any updates.I am extremely disappointed with your customer service. This concerns a significant amount of money, and as a seller, you are obligated to issue refunds within 14 days, which has not been respected in this case.I kindly request that my refund be processed immediately.
