I have ordered a Vintage Chanel bag but unfortunately the strap was shorter than I thought. I have informed VOF about this within the time frame of 14 days and send the item back. I haven't heard anything from them despite the package arrived on 11 August. So I have decided to send an email on 18 August to ask for confirmation and to issue the refund. They promised me they will issue the refund the next day and send me a confirmation. Never received it. After several reminders still no update until this day. I'm very disappointed in their customer service. This concerns big amounts and as a seller they should refund the money within 14 days which is not the case. I want my money back asap!!
