I'm very disappointed. After 2x wear the bag broke, just really bad quality and that for a lot of money. Finally I was offered the option (only after 4 weeks) to return the bag so they could fix it. We are now 3.5 months on and I still have not received the bag back. Do I really need to do more work on this? My patience is running out now even though I have been so patient. Otherwise had nice refund and kept the bag, this is really no service. Never order here again, I know that much.
