I ordered a Prada bag and it was broken. This was not mentioned in the sales description or pictures. I got a reply from them that the bag was not broken when they sent it, which is not true. The return costs would have been €160 from Finland to Germany and they did not agree to compensate anything other than €40 for the bag. So I had to keep a broken bag and I get €40 back for a bag that cost €315. Vintage on Friday's responses also took a really long time. Really bad customer service. I will never order from here again.
