I ordered a bag from this shop and never received it . They gave me someone else's tracking code , I alerted them immediately and I went back and forth via email with them, they repeatedly said they were not at fault and it was postal system problem. Thankfully I raised and escalated a case with PayPal and won , I should have done that sooner . They never took responsibility or apologised and fought to the bitter end causing me alot of stress ! Very dishonest in my opinion . I purchased the bag in Jan and only getting refund now in April !
