I purchased a pair of gold wire rim glasses from Vintage optical several years ago, they were in mint condition and had lenses made for them. Over time I decided that I would like a similar pair slightly larger, contacted VO and I was offered a no charge trade for a similar frame, lenses and frame slightly larger. I sent the frames to VO along with another pair of gold wire rim frames that I purchased from VO some years ago, they needed repair to the right temple hinge. I was contacted with an image of the frame that I would be sent along with an estimate of cost to repair frames and return both pair. Agreed, paid on line last week and the order arrived this morning. My old frames are like new, hinge is tight, exactly what needed to be fixed. The trade frame will work perfect, visually the larger frame works for me. I can't say enough about the service, and communication I received from VO... They are 2nd to none... Thank you Levi...
