Everything I sent, including amendments, was turned around within 24 hours, often much less, and I was able to see proofs at every stage. They helped me choose the fonts and were very happy to make changes. The stationery was printed and sent to me in a timely manner and when it arrived yesterday I was delighted - it's beautiful and the quality is really high.
