I bought a Mugler bag for 160€ and the leather was incredibly dry and broke everywhere, cracks everywhere. The leather in the corners broke after just one usage. The strap has cracks everywhere. Those damages were not stated by them. I messaged them on IG, wrote an E-Mail, posted multiple comments but they kept ignoring me. They‘re just scammers who don‘t care about customers with unjustified prices - that‘s why >90% of their stuff has not been sold yet.
