Sold a bowl. Only described it as a bowl. The buyer clearly thought it was silver. I never wrote it was. In fact I never even described the material. He then sends pictures of him putting abrasive acid on it and tells me he wants to return it. As I refuse he disputes it with Vinted who asks me to show proof of authenticity. But they can’t tell me what I need to authenticate. They then tell me I have to accept the return as I didn’t provide enough evidence of authenticity. And again they can’t tell me what to authenticate and keeps sending me a standard copy pasted reply. They also completely ignore that the buyer has now damaged the bowl by putting acid on it. Do not sell on Vinted!!!! It’s a waste of time and money and they completely neglect the sellers. And you end up with damaged items
