I was happy enough with Vinted. Bought and sold a lot. But then I received something broken. And it's now my job to not only send it back, but also pay for the transportation? Which means I lose money on buying an item, that is supposed to be "very good" but is broken, that I now have to send back, so it's just money down the drain + I have to use time and effort to send this thing back. I am never buying something from outside of DK again. When it's good it's good, but when there is an error, no help to be found? Why am I paying for buyers protection then? You can't choose to not pay that fee. It should include them paying for the returns, when you recieve a faulty item.
