Ordered a Patagonia product from a seller in Poland ("kamila912"). It was wrapped in plastic with a label showing a Chinese producer and a Polish company as import company. Upon checking the labels inside the product, it was clearly a counterfeit because there was no Patagonia on the tags and both, Style number and PO number were missing. I am not surprised that some sellers are trying to sell counterfeit items on this platform. But after reporting it to Vinted support and claiming that I was sold a fake item, they just ignored the evidence and told me to send it back at my own expense. I am shocked how this company is doing nothing to prevent fraud on their platform creating a horrible use experience.
