Ordered a bag. The seller claimed to be used twice, definitely not. After receiving of the bag I have claimed for review, Vinted agreed for return and they informed that the seller is not agreeing with their decision therefore they are talking with the seller.In their help page they said after their review the seller will have 2 days to respond. Guess what 10 days later I am still waiting an update from him. The seller sold product that was SNAD (their term), she was gasligting, implying as my behaivor issue to raise a complaint, no response to my following messages- yet Vinted is allowing this to happen. Still waiting and now their customer service is ignoring my messages. Unprofessional, don't trust them. You might face some issues, and they will never help you. 2 days handling in my ass….
