I sold a packet value 575 DKK from Denmark to a customer at Vinted, Piotr Trochalski in Poland. Apparently he did not fit the suit and asked for a return, which I accepted. I received the parcel and had to collect 10.00am on last day but managed 10.10am. Postnord said they could not do anything and would sent the parcel back, even if it was still in the pickup locker at Postnord. I wrote to Piotr and asked him to return the parcel once arrived but obviously he didn´t. Vinted then cancelled my order, even if I reported the case in time and asked them not to pay Piotr - so I lost both package and money. I will report the case to the consumer complaint board/forbrugerklagenævnet in Denmark and encourage others to do the same when Vinted does not act rightfully.
