I had a very disappointing experience. I bought an item, and it never arrived at my home. The reason was never explained. It might have been a normal courier problem, but Vinted was not able to handle it at all. The buyer protection is useless because it did not protect me in any way as a customer.I opened three different support tickets to explain the problem. Each time, I received the same unhelpful answers. The seller was also embarrassed, because she was told by Vinted that I had to contact her myself to solve the issue. That made no sense.In the end, I wasted too much time. I will not use this platform again. It is not worth the effort. I recommend that others avoid this service.
