I am writing to share my deep dissatisfaction with my experience on the platform. Despite putting in considerable effort to create quality listings, my photos keep getting removed. I capture my images using a high-end smartphone and utilize a clean, dedicated background for product photography. The photos are clear, accurate, and meet standard marketplace requirements. Unfortunately, I face ongoing harassment from other users who intentionally report my listings. Instead of supporting honest sellers, the platform appears to remove content automatically without proper checks. This results in my listings being taken down repeatedly, harming my visibility, credibility, and sales. Each removal translates to financial losses—lost exposure, potential buyers, and income. In such situations, the platform should consider compensating sellers who face tangible losses due to unwarranted removals. Additionally, there is an urgent need for improved moderation. Users who exploit the reporting system should be penalized, not rewarded. The current approach seems to promote harassment over fairness. The platform has significant potential, but several areas clearly require enhancement: – better review processes for reported content – protection for legitimate sellers – stricter measures against abusive users – accountability for repeated unjustified removals. I hope this feedback is taken into account, as dedicated and professional sellers deserve respect, protection, and fair treatment.
