When I tried to buy my car report for "only 0,99 €" and entered my one use virtual card, I couldn't buy it because apparently the "Transaction was not approved: Transaction declined". I guess they automatically detect and don't accept one use debit cards. It was for the better because apparently once you buy your report you actually subscribe to their service.According to their ToS:"PAYMENT / FEEYou will be billed in EUR. This provides unlimited access to vehicle history check website vintool.co. On Sign up a Subscriber will receive a 14 day trial period for 1.99 EUR. If the user doesn’t actively stop their subscription within 14 days, they will be billed 19.99 EUR on the 15th day and this 19.99 EUR charge reoccurs every 30 days until the Subscriber actively stops the service. The member is responsible for such fees according to the terms of the Site. Once a member has the ability to access the Website using the E-ticket assigned to the member, subscription fees become non-refundable."Don't use their website. They don't provide a one time payment and if you don't pay attention you will keep giving them money for free and there is no refund to their service. Once you give them money, that money is gone.
