Like many others, experienced 2 fake buyers texting me to buy my vehicle. One asked for a VTR, the other a VN, and sent me the link to this site. Both said they wanted to meet the next day after "arranging a day off before finishing my shift this evening/tonight" so that's really what got me. If you suggest giving them the VIN# and having them pay for it, they get very pushy and say that they paid the fee when they sold their last vehicle, then say they will pay you back for the report with the full amount for the vehicle.
