Lovely looking product, but there was a crease on the left hand side, meaning it was not suitable to give as a gift as intended. When I asked about a replacement, I was told it “wasn’t enough of an issue” for them to send a replacement, and sarcastically that “this isn’t Discogs”. It isn’t, they are correct: but this is a product which I have paid for, and was new.I was also told that they are dropping this service, as it fails to make them enough money - which begs the question why they fulfilled my order in the first place.A real shame. A potentially great product, let down by poor customer service and just kinda being rude for no reason!
