Got my watch about 2 months ago. It worked well and looked good. But, the charging cable is a magnetic connection specific for that watch and the magnets quickly started falling out of mine. Now the charger does not connect to the watch so it has run out of power. I tried contacting Violeva several times via different means including Facebook and customer services but they are not responding. I wish I had seen the other reviews sooner as I wouldn't have bought the watch. I regret buying it now.
