Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They will not honor the warranty. My watch is frozen on main screen, time and date only. Can't swipe to use apps. I contacted them 2 months ago, and they keep saying, email forwarded to support team, even though you are using the support email. Finally last email they said support will be in touch to start the replacement process. That was 2 weeks ago. They have blocked both my emails and blocked me on Facebook. They just commit fraud. Oh and, they gave excuses about how much inventory they have, for replacements. Don't buy from them. Seems like a lot of people have the same problem.
