I made a purchase for a watch in May. Received it June 3rd and immediately requested a refund. Wanted to exchanged it for a different watch, but changed my mind quickly to full refund because there is never a response from the company. Customer service sucks! Weeks later they responded to say how they value their customers and remind me that it takes 14 days to have a solution per their policy. I sent photos per their request, the same day I received their email. Well it has been a full month now since my original request! !!Where’s that value in customer service they were going on about. I wish I could just get my money back. I don’t even want this watch. I lost count the amount of times I have emailed them. It’s ridiculous! No response! SCAM!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!
