I purchased the watch, but after two months, the charger stopped working. I provided pictures showing that one of the connectors had sunk and couldn't make contact. They gave me instructions, but that didn't resolve the issue. They promised to send a replacement charger, but it never arrived, and communication ceased. I've made numerous attempts to secure a replacement, but I've only received silence in return. I would not recommend this seller and suggest looking for a more reliable product.
