Terrible experience with Viome. After one year of spending $3000, I found out it had made no positive change to my health. In fact, it made things worse!! Its far better to go to naturopath and do proper blood and stool and saliva testing and get a 1:1 protocol designed for you, not some AI hoax, and instead use products that have been tested and proven to provide results! The Viome formulas are made by AI , and based on your results, you're grouped into categories. Your "unique" supplements will be the same as someone else who is grouped in that category. Don't believe me ? Take 2 tests at the same time, send it back for analysis under different names. When your 2 results come back completely different, you'll realize these products are a hoax. This is a marketing gimmick and this company will get caught soon enough. They are misleading. Their head office managerial staff dont care about you and the side effects you've had. In fact, they will only call you so that they can take notes and fill out forms for their compliance.
Managers are taught to lie as much as the product is a lie.
Even worse customer service. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. Don't give hope to a company that doesn't create anything good for your gut or ultimate health!!!
