The company claims it's a US based company however, their product is shipped from China. It will take the full 14 business days to receive the product. They will take weeks to respond to emails regarding a return. Then once they respond, they won't give you the address to send the return to. I have filed a complaint with the BBB just to get my money back. The product itself is cheaply made and doesn't offer any noise masking, canceling or limitations.
