Booked 3 events for my Hen do back in March 2020 for a group of 10 girls which cost over $4000.00. This was canceled due to Covid-19 we requested a refund straight away last year and since then we have still had very little response, and when we do get a response its to say someone is looking into it and they will get back to us or we can use the money as a credit note for future travel. This is extremely unhelpful as we will not be going back. All your T&Cs and the contracts we have stated a full refund will be given but yet you fail as a company to follow your own T&Cs.
