Very poor experience with VIP Number Shop. I paid ₹65k for VIP number 8880*****, but immediately started receiving loan calls for a previous user. This shows the number had existing financial linkage, which was not disclosed.
Support from their representative Tanu was unprofessional and no proper resolution was provided. Even after sharing call logs, recording, and payment proof, the issue remains unresolved.
Paying a premium price and facing bank recovery calls is unacceptable. If not resolved, I will proceed with consumer court. Buyers should be cautious.
