I thoroughly enjoy playing spades, but have no one to play with in person. My neighbor refused to learn unless he was playing with me, and the only way to make that happen was to make an account for him and get the skill level up. I greatly value the time I spend playing, but now my account has been banned because either a player or an algorithm thought I was cheating. We played as a team and opponents and both of us lost more than once. No one was trying to cheat, and I didn't realize that what we were doing constituted breaking any rules. If you look back, the record will show that the two accounts never played together prior. The real kick in the can is that he doesn't like the game and doesn't want to play it again - so now I have NO ONE to play with. Big Sad. I can't even access the site to appeal to anyone. Keep the second account blocked, I genuinely do not care; but please give me my account back...or at least give me the email address of someone who can help.
