They banned my friend for 4 months because another person that they banned for life keeps making new accounts every day and harassing people the guy threatened to shoot my friend and they banned my friend for 4 months so I posted free my friend and a cute save the date and a picture of when my friend will be back vip muted me for 3 days and then VIP in box messaged me telling me dont talk about muted people and he should be lucky it was only 4 months was very disrespectful also its not in there rules that I can't talk about a muted or banned player then they delete there messages to me but I have the whole conversation saved I emailed VIP and they keep closing my conversation where I have to start a new one that takes them 3 days to reply and do the same thing again they also reply before closing another one of my emails that they don't banned or muted for no reason is a lie they just did there response was thats considered spam are you kidding me this app is a joke a scam and a Ripoff they don't care about anything but your money they are definitely 1 sided I have proof of them punishing certain people for the same thing other people do they make there own rules up as the day gose on there has to be something that we can do vip spades should be reported people spend money and that makes them a customer and we should have rights!
