This online "store" gives all others a bad name. I too, ordered my jumping pet ball in early December. After 2 emails, I finally received the toy in late February. It came packaged in a thin un-cushioned bag. I knew before opening it that the product would be damaged. Of course, it was. The plastic pieces came loose from the ball and a VERY DANGEROUS metal pin protruded from it. There is no way I would give this to puppy. After numerous attempts to get my money back, I simply threw the piece of garbage away.NEVER order from this sham of a company!!!
