Placed an order Dec 8 with the expectation it would arrive by Christmas, as advertised. Two months later - nothing. The 1-800 number does not take any incoming calls because it is placed on “busy”. Sent an email and this is what I got “ Please be advised that our shipping policy describes that if these external delays happen we are not responsible”. The tracking info provided gives NO detail. I am out $100 and World VIP has vanished and taken no responsibility.
