I ordered two dog toys, the bouncing ball. It was ordered for Christmas and arrived Jan 10. This is a piece of junk, totally unsafe for any animal, the parts fall off and the entire ball comes apart exposing batteries and small parts. Extremely dangerous. I tried to contact them via email and using the 800 number listed online. Nothing. I am extremely upset with this company, my charge was over $40 for this scam. I wrote to BBB and will try paypal for a refund. Stay away from any FB advertising, 90% are scams.
