After providing her with a vague idea of my needs, she abruptly stated, "Neither I nor anyone else can accommodate such a tour with these budgets...you won't receive good service at this budget in your planning. Therefore, I can't assist you. Best regards and good luck." We hadn’t even discussed my budget yet. Had she been more professional, she could have simply advised me to either increase my budget or adjust my expectations. I found a company that could work within my budget and provided an excellent itinerary. Thank you to the alternative service for being professional, affordable, and helpful!
